All claims must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.
Note : For all orders placed from 20 November 2024 - 20 December 2024 this timeline is extended to allow for the Christmas gifting period and return lodgements will be accepted up until 30th December 2024.
HEADWEAR
- CHANGE OF MIND OR CUSTOMER PURCHASE ERROR :
Returns/Exchange/Refunds/Credits are not accepted for 'change of mind' or customer purchase error.
**Purchase of incorrect size is considered a 'customer purchase error'. Sizing should NOT be selected for headwear based on a persons age. Sizing should be selected based on the detailed hat & head measurements provided within each product.**
- FAULTY ITEMS OR INCORRECT ITEMS PROVIDED BY F.TL :
Returns are accepted within 7 days for faulty items or incorrect items provided by Fini. The Label only. Repair, replacement or refund will be initiated within 7 days of Fini. The Label receiving the return item & confirming the fault / incorrect item supplied.

CLOTHING
For change-of-mind returns, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on full-priced items that are unused, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Once we receive your return, you can choose either an exchange or a credit note (we do not offer refunds for clothing).
Please note: For change-of-mind returns, we do not cover return shipping costs.
- SALE ITEMS :
Items purchased on sale are FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or credit notes for these items, so please choose carefully before completing your purchase. Note that this policy does not apply to purchases made with a discount code.

RETURNS PROCESS
If you believe that your item(s) received are faulty or you have received incorrectly supplied stock, please follow the below steps.
1- email hello@finithelabel.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order
2- title the email 'urgent - return'
3- note your order number and reason for return in your email.
(If your item is thought to be faulty, please provide confirmation of the believed defect in your email, including the head circumference size in which you purchased the hat for if applicable.)
we will then assist with the next steps required.

We acknowledge that our return policy is strict.
It is in accordance with ACCC consumer guarantee guidelines.

"Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if:
- they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it."
We, fini. the label, do not resell any headwear or eyewear items that have been in the possession of persons other than fini. and it's manufacturers, as we choose to provide our customers with the assurance that they are only ever receiving a headwear or eyewear item(s) that is new, unworn and has not been tried on by any other person(s). We choose to provide the highest of hygiene standards with the sale of our brand.
We make all effort to provide detailed sizing information for your assistance. Selection of size should NOT be decided by a person(s) age. The measurement of the product should always be used.
